Im stuck in a bug

My character is called Extinct viperz and i am trapped at the gym in azalea since i spoke to the gym leader from outside of the entrance room and went in and lost and then i got teleported back out into the middle of the entrance room and the doors are blocked by tiles which dont allow me to cross. Help :D i have been here for 6 hours! xD
