Hey hello, sorry for the english.

Just wanted to know what to do. Some time ago I was surfing near Pallet Town.. trying to explore the area, but then when I approached near to a mountain while surfing the client crashed, and whenever I log in and move it crashes again. So I can't move from there.. and it's been some time (around 2 months?). Thanks for reading, and please tell me what should I do.

instale novamente o cliente 5.0 e tente novamente se o erro continuar faça um ticket

Man first of all check if you have latest update of the client on http://www.exaioros.com/?subtopic=downloads

If it continues, try opening a ticket logging into your account on the official site

If that doesn't work as well then send a PM to [kpdo]Cater here on the forum since he also speeks english =]
