I've lost my password without having a recovery key.

Hi GM,

I haven't played PBO since february and when I tryed to get in the game and the page says that my password is not correct and I wonder to know how can I get it back, coz' when I go to the recovery section it doesn't have a e-mail option to recive on my e-mail the old password or a new one.

If you can do something about it I will be thankfull,
